We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the item is found to be damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Incomplete Order: If part of the order is missing or incomplete.
Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and invoices.

- Our team will verify the request and approve the return if eligible.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
